No two knives are exactly alike. Sheath: High quality black sheath made from genuine buffalo leather fits up to 1 3/4 inch belts. This is a right-handed draw sheath. This knife is a custom hand-made knife. The steel used is this damascus is high quality 1095 steel. This blade is handmade from high quality D-2 steel. D-2 is a high-carbon tool steel, capable of holding a sharp edge for a long period of time. It is also much more resistant to corrosion than 1095. D-2 is called "semi-stainless", because it offers more stainless properties than high carbon steels, but it is also much tougher than premium stainless steels. D-2 has high wear-resistance and abrasion-resistance properties. It is heat treated and offers a hardness up to 57 HRC. This knife blank is custom designed by us and 100% hand-forged.
